This modern and stylish villa is the place to stay with family or friends and enjoy all that the stunning island of Koh Samui has to offer. Villa Blue Munii is nestled in the lush hills of Bophut and enjoys stunning sea views overlooking to nearby Koh Phangan. The villa is conveniently located, less than 5 minutes drive will take you to Fisherman's Village and its' many delightful beachfront restaurants, bars and famous night market. Chaweng is a short 10 minute drive
The space
Spacious open plan living/dining area opening leading onto a large terrace with a fabulous 8M x 3.5M swimming pool, ample sunbeds covered seating and BBQ area. The pool looks over the nearby island of Koh Phangan and the surrounding area. Three large ensuite sea view bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Fully equipped western style kitchen, lounging and dining area with Smart TV and sound system.
Included in your stay:
1) Water usage
2) WIFI and Smart TV with International TV channels
3) Welcome basket to get your stay off to a great start including, bottled water, snacks, 2 thai beers and UHT milk
4) Complementary bathroom amenities including, shower gel, hair shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, shower cap and cotton buds
5) Linen change and housekeeping on a weekly basis
6) Concierge services to assist with car and bike rental, recommendations on great places to eat and booking of local attractions and trips to neighbouring islands
Not included in your stay:
1) Electricity is charged based upon guest usage at THB 8 per unit. A electric meter reading is taken at time of check-in and again at checkout and usage charged at 8 baht per unit used
Additional Services Available Upon Request at extra cost:
1) We can stock your fridge with all your essentials, just provide us with a shopping list and it will be there for your arrival! The cost is the total bill +10% charge.
2) We can assist with car,/SUV or motorbike rental.

4) We can also provide a chef to cook lunch or dinner at the villa (subject to availability) Guests pay cost of fresh food ingredients and a one time food preparation and cooking charge.

"A beautiful house which is just like the photos. The view is stunning 180 panorama. The house is very well equipped. The rooms are all spacious and the outside area is large comfortable with an epic pool. It was easy to organise grab taxis to fisherman’s which takes about 5mins. Dave was extremely helpful from initial booking, meet at airport and shown round the house. He was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend."

"Our 14 days at this beautiful villa in Koh Samui were very relaxing. The place was exactly as described in the pictures: tastefully and cozily furnished, extremely spacious, clean and with a magnificent view of the sea. Even before we arrived, communication with our host, Dave, went smoothly and professionally. He was always there to help us quickly and reliably, so we felt well looked after from the beginning.
Dave welcomed us warmly and also gave us some tips for restaurants in the area. Upon our arrival, coffee, drinks and water were already ready for us in the fridge.
The location of the villa was ideal: in a few minutes by car, the nearby village of Fisherman was reachable, and yet we were able to enjoy the peace and privacy of the property to the fullest.
All in all a wonderful holiday that we really enjoyed and could imagine coming back.
