The space

Your stay is inclusive of:

1) one-way complementary airport or boat pier transfer to villa with private driver.

2) Water usage.

3) Free Wifi and internet big screen TV with international channels

4) Welcome basket to get your stay off to a great start includes, bottled water, selection of snacks, 4 bottled thai beers and UHT milk

5) Linen change and housekeeping on a weekly basis.

6) Concierge service including assistance with car/SUV and motor bike rentals, recommendations on great places to eat and suggestions on things to do on Koh Samui including booking attractions and trips to the neighboring islands.

Not included in your stay:

1) Electricity is charged based upon guest usage at THB 8 per unit. An electric meter reading is taken at time of check-in and again at checkout and guests pay for units consumed.

Additional Services Available Upon Request at extra cost:

1) We can stock your fridge with all your essentials, just provide us with a shopping list minimum of 1 day before check-in and it will be there for your arrival! The cost is the total bill + a 10% charge.

2) In house massage.

3) We can also provide a chef to cook lunch or dinner at the villa (subject to availability) Guests pay cost of fresh food ingredients and one time food preparation and cooking fee.

Guest access

Guests have full use of the property including private parking for 1 car and dedicated space for scooters /motorbikes.

Other things to note

Please note that electricity is charged separately and is based upon guest consumption. We will provide you with an electricity meter reading at the time of check-in and at the end of your stay and units changed accordingly at THB 8 per unit.

Please note! Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa. A fine of THB 50,000 will be incurred for deep cleaning should guests smoke inside the villa
