Step into your “Happy Place” at Baan Suksan and enjoy the delights of our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Private Pool Villa located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Maenam. Baan Suksan (translates to Happy House in Thai) offers a covered outside living area, complete with BBQ and ample lounging and dining space providing the perfect setting for relaxing. eating or just enjoying a cool beer or cocktail around the pool.
The space
Your stay includes:
- 1way complementary private transfer from Airport or Harbour to villa
- Complimentary Welcome basket of essentials to get your holiday off to a great start, comprising: tea, coffee, UHT milk, 2 bottled drinking water, 2 Thai beer's and local snacks.
- Complementary Nespresso coffee (limited supply with extra available at additional cost).
- Bathroom towels and pool towels changed every 3rd night of stay. Bedlinen changed every 5th night of stay.
- Complimentary WIFI and Netflix.
- Electricity charged at government rate per unit.

The villa is located only a 20 minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the Nathon ferry pier.

"Dave was a pleasure to deal with, from the moment we landed in Koh Samui he really went out of his way to make us feel welcome at his property. Myself and my daughter had a really nice relaxing stay, he has a wealth of knowledge regarding the local area which is more local people rather than over run with us tourists. Advised on local restaurants and car hire, if don't want to get cabs suggest getting a little jeep run around so you can explore Koh Samui at your own pace. Great Villa in a great location, even the cleaners and pool guy are really down to earth and friendly. Will be looking at your other properties to hopefully return again soon.
